  • What is the satellite policy for new homes? Existing homes?

     
    • Satellites on existing homes, erected prior to the transition to privatized housing, will be grandfathered. Satellites on other existing homes and new homes are not allowed without prior written approval from management. Residents must renters insurance with coverage 100,000.


  • How will rent be paid?

     
    • Residents must make payment to the office in the form of a check or money order. Please note that no checks are to be accepted after late date. Rent & utilities are due on the 1st of every month and is late on the morning of the 4th.

    • All our leases are TAA electronic leases



  • Our Services

  • Who will be performing maintenance service requests for the privatized housing, and will I be charged?

     
    • Our fully bonded maintenance staff will be resolving all service requests for residents. Centra Companies provides a 24-hour a day service line where you’ll provide your details of your request. We will even take care of your request if you cannot take time off from your busy schedule to be in your home. Residents will never be charged for the service performed.


  • How do I contact Maintenance if I have a maintenance service request?

     
    • You can submit a request online or call our 24 hour Maintenance 361-592-3707


  • Will garbage be picked up?

     
    • Residents must take their own trash to the dumpster.

  • What is your pet policy?

     
    • Only 2 pets per home are allowed — no exceptions.


  • Do you have any breed restrictions?

     
    • Tenants may not board certain breeds of dogs, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Doberman Pinschers.


  • What are the requirements for vacating a home?

     
    • Written notice is required 60 days prior to your lease expiration date and should be given at your management office as soon as you are aware of your moving arrangements.
